A Short Corporate History

I.T.T.C. S.A. was founded in 1996, with its main directive being to cover the voids present in the fields of modern very high technology IT and Telematics, in the development and production of integrated software for the vertical applications markets – especially in the mainframe / enterprise systems areas, in multimedia, in multi-user – remote IT environments, in LAN / WAN / wireless networking, as well as in Education and Support, both on-site and remote.

From the very beginning, I.T.T.C. S.A. secured a frame of co-operation with IBM, enriched its staff with well-established professionals, and became – almost overnight – one of the established names in the Greek IT market.

The main research and technology areas that the company is focusing on, are:

· Education and Training in Mainframe and Enterprise Systems

· Software Development

· Integrated Ecology / Environment Projects

· Bio-Medical Projects

· Development of wireless and wired networking and communications – including data, voice and image, both on a Closed User Groups and Public Networks level

· Security and Safety of Electronic Banking Transactions, including cash and paper transactions

· Insurance cover and underwriting for Electronic Banking Transactions, in conjunction with the Security and Safety projects above.

With respect to the last two areas above, long corporate research has resulted in the registering of a number of Patent Applications with OBI (the Greek Industrial Property Organisation). It is noteworthy that certain of the above Pending Patents refer to areas which have never before been explored, worldwide.

In its general scope of operations, I.T.T.C. S.A. has covered the education and training of staff on behalf of IBM, in the mainframe, AIX software, communications and general IT areas for man clients, including (indicatively):

Corporate Assets - Buildings

Our building assets comprise:

· A wholly owned neo-classical villa on Penteli, a high hill overlooking the whole of the Athens Basin, with direct line-of-sight to practically all its areas, and with the ability (legal and physical) to erect all appropriate aerials etc.

Standard facilities at this site include a LAN with both general purpose as well as special use Servers and Workstations, scanners, printers, etc., with a dedicated connection to an optical fibre trunk line. This allows high bandwidth applications in data, voice, image, sound and video communications, as well as a large number of standard telephone lines, classifying ITTC as a Major Provider, upon the signing of the relevant contract.

· A wholly owned top floor (6^th) in a high-rise business building in he central / southern area of Athens (Syngrou Ave), right in the middle of the aggregation of IT Corporate headquarters, with line-of-sight to the rest of the city and the open sea. Again, the site has the ability (legal and physical) to erect all appropriate aerials etc., as well as the right to build two more floors, totalling 3,000 m².

· On the isle of Leros in the Dodecanese, which is situated exactly half-way between Piraeus and Rhodes island, the company PLAISANCE S.A., wholly owned by the same shareholders, owns a neo-classical building which cab be easily transformed into an office / luxury furnished apartments complex. As the building is situated on top of the islands highest location, it offers ideal line-of-sight facilities for the whole of the Aegean Sea. In conjunction with the Penteli and Syngrou Ave. building locations, it can provide excellent mid-station or relay station for the Middle East and Africa.

· Very soon, at Palea Epidavros on the Peloponnese, at the Kiourkati Sofikou Korinthias location, an area of 755,000 m² with a seafront view, belonging by one third to the same shareholders, shall be developed into a model village, which shall be self-sufficient in

o electricity, generated by wind turbines and photovoltaic farms,

o water, generated through atmospheric condensation mini-plants,

o sewage system, through biological cleaning plants, and

o communications, featuring telephone, wireless sound, image, video, data and internet access.

Financial Status

I.T.T.C. S.A.'s capital is currently € 300,000 – which has been used for fixed assets, technical infrastructure (digital and wideband connections, aerials, hardware and software, executive and staff training, etc.), and is in the process of being increased to € 1,000,000.

The company is also due a VAT tax return of € 30,000.

I.T.T.C. S.A. Has no short or long term debt, has never borrowed nor has it ever signed any form of collateral.
